But I just picked up a new one so here it is
I plan to bead blast it so it matches the steering wheel spokes.

That steering wheel is classy as FUCK.

Haha did you leave the lens cap in the cup holder on purpose?
![]() 03/10/2014 at 20:14 |

I haphazardly tossed it in there and it just happened to fit perfectly so I figured I'd leave it there

The wheel looks great as long as you don't crash!
Looks like a cool knob. Is it solid stainless? And is it easy to remove so you don't come back to a hot/cold car and burn/freeze your hand?

I see you have polished your knob.

That mixture of hard plastic and wood would make a first gen Escalade jealous.

Solid stainless indeed. Has a good weight to it.

That looks like my interior! (1996 M edition) except nicer.

Damn your car is nice.

Been there, done that.... still have the 6 gear shifting pattern on my palm. Jk, but it burnt like hell.

I saw the knob post, and was eating a quesadilla. What you almost caused sir is this:

Mine is a '97 M. It's not actually as clean as this photo would lead you to believe.

Have some decency, sir!

is this e brake handle stock?
![]() 03/10/2014 at 20:44 |

The car came with a wood one from the factory but this particular one is an aftermarket replacement. Original one was looking pretty beat by the time I bought the car.

I have something similar in my Mini. I love the look, but the weight improved shift feel, too. Not sure if shift feel is usually a concern in a Miata, though...

I have a weighted stainless knob in my Mini as well. Huge improvement over stock.
Shift feel is pretty good from the factory in a Miata but a weighted knob certainly doesn't hurt.

well I like it. I need to find one like it

NA?
Where'd you get that steering wheel? I love it, and will want to acquire one when I acquire an NA.
Also, how easy/difficult was installing that touchscreen?

was it hard fitting that stereo? Mine has the factory one I would like to keep but the volume knob is all crazy and the bulb went out so I cant see the display at night. But I use an ipod so its not really necessary.

Found it on eBay, it's a Personal from 1973.
Previous owner put in the touchscreen.

Previous owner put this in but I have experience installing a head unit in my previous miata. Fairly easy job.

that would be helpful if I had a miata. Lol thanks anyway

Is that a Whalen knob? It's one of my favorite relatively inexpensive mods on my Mini for sure. The stock giant plastic knob feels so cheap in comparison.

It's a TWM Performance M1 Abrams
